These terms govern your use of Family Friendly, a personal, invite-only planning service that sends a small group of New York City families a short weekend activity plan by text message. By joining and receiving our messages, you agree to these terms.
Family Friendly researches local family activities and sends you a single suggested weekend plan, with a calendar link, along with the occasional time-sensitive event recommendation. The plans are suggestions only — you are responsible for confirming event details, times, prices, and suitability before you go. We are not the organizer of any event we mention and are not responsible for third-party events or venues.
Family Friendly SMS program. By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Family Friendly containing your weekend plans and event recommendations.
Participation is invite-only and voluntary. You consent to receive messages only for the number you personally provide to us. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we use your details only to build and deliver your plans, we don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and your mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Family Friendly is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, redistribute, or scrape the plans we send you.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Family Friendly is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or attendance at any event we mention.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
